Two-Face's Gang tried to rob multiple banks of the evacuated city in an attempt to wear Batman out and for his men to have enough money to retire from crime. Once Batman began interfering, he offered to double the pay for whoever brought him the Batman's corpse. In the next bank, he threatened to kill the families of his gang if his coin came up bad, or give them their compensation if the coin came up good. After Batman stopped three robberies, Two-Face appeared in person, with multiple militia soldiers, in an attempt to kill him, but they are all defeated.
