Have had this a couple of times with the iPhone 6S and there was no solution apart from changing the phone or replacing the MKi9200 with the Bury CC9068.

Last week my iphone7 went to be swapped due to a fault and since then the new one won’t pair with the Parrot correctly. It will say Telephone connected on the Parrot screen, on the iPhone it will look like it has paired but if I look on the Parrot it won’t show as a paired device and will only be able to be used for phone calls not media. Settings / Bluetooth / Paired Devices / Phone X – Delete, then press Green button to confirm deletion. MKi9000-Firmware is v3.0.0. The iPhone6 can only be upgraded to iOS 12.4.5, iOS 13 you get with iPhone6s or newer.

Give it a minute and it should work. Keep the old battery as one is not supplied. Hi just one last question do I unzip the folder just because all I’m getting is waiting for update on the parrot and it does nothing else. My MKI9200 was having errors occurring so parrot told me to reset and then add the update. It’s now completely crashed with once screen in French. And I have no idea how to fix it… can you help? I actually followed the update guide and it trashed the parrot….. Would recommend updating the Mki9200 to V2.11 or V2.20 version. You will need to update to V1.96 first.

After re-start, go into Settings / Bluetooth and search for the handsfree kit (MKi9000 / MKi9100 / MKi9200) and then pair again. Pass code is 0000. Try connecting a few times and you may find it gives you the option to enter code. If not, your new phone is not compatible. Do not bother with version 2.00 firmware as it had bad echo problems on handsfree – these should be updated to V2.11 or V2.20. So I did a factory reset on the Parrot and my iPhone and still the same issue exists. Tried every troubleshooting guide I can find but can’t find the answer. Any idea? Some early versions of the MKi9200 will require an interim update to V1.96 to be performed first, so you will need this file and also V2.11 or V2.20. If your software version is V1.95 or less you MUST update to V1.96 first. From version 2.00 software the MKi series support “multipoint”– this allows the connection of 2 phones at the same time and is enabled in the Bluetooth settings.

i have mki9200 with Danish language and I want to update it to 2.2, now i have 1.96 but when i try to install the new file it says file transfer is cancelled. Can you give me the file link and what should i do in this case ? i tried seeting 1.96 again but it doesn’t work With power applied measure the voltage on the Red permanent 12v wire and make sure it does not go off when you turn the ignition off. If this is ok measure the voltage when playing music atlow level and then increase volume. If the voltage is between 12 and 14.5 this is normal and would point to a control box issue.

There was a batch of MKi9100s with a tolerance problem on the dislay connector molding. It is easy enough to cure. This will resolve it unless you have a car with external amp and the Parrot has been connected to Aux input.

I got a Parrot MKi9100 and when i answer an incoming call – the phone disconnects! So i have to hold my phone in my hand while driving to phone! Thats illegal in Germany! My wifes phone (iphone x), my mums, my dad both iPhone7 + work with my parrot all ok and, my work Samsung phone works all ok too as well as my old iPhone 7 which i got replaced last week.
